Resolved error when trying to edit image

Hello,
when I try to crop an image I get an error in the modal "You don't have permission to access /administrator/undefinedindex.php on this server."

what can I do?

I just installed the latest version because I realized, it was not up zu date. Now I get this error: 0 Call to a member function render() on null
