I am using JCE Editor Pro (version 2.9.51) on two Joomla 4 sites, which were recently converted fro Joomla 3. I notice that one does not have the full range of feature icons such as Inset Media, Insert Caption). I have done my best to compare the configs of both sites, but can't spot any differences.
What am I doing wrong?

First check that the missing buttons have been added to the toolbar. Pro buttons must still be added when you upgrade to JCE Pro from JCE Core - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/faq/editor/pro-buttons-missing-after-upgrade

Next, check if you have added the Toggle Toolbars button to the editor toolbar, which may be hiding toolbar rows containing those buttons - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/faq/editor/the-editor-is-missing-toolbar-rows
