After updating JCE Pro to version 2.9.50 the custom fields JCE Media have disappeared from my articles (i.e. www.sme.nl/bibliotheek/verslag/inspiratiemagazine-eco-schools). When I install the previous version 2.9.41 they appear again. Joomla version is 4.3.4 and PHP 8.2, I have no active template overrides.
Anyone have a solution for this?

Which template are you using?

JCE Pro 2.9.50 added support for layouts for the Media Field, and perhaps a layout override is causing the issue.

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for your reply. I am using template Gantry Helium without any layout overrides. I also switched to Cassiopeia and the field is still not visible in the front-end.

Okay, maybe one small issue. When I enter a Description in the field settings (for alt text in images or link title for links) the link won't open in a new window anymore.

Looks like this: <a title="Description here" href="https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/images/documenten/document.pdf">Description here</a>
target="_blank" is not showing. When I remove the description, target is showing again.
