I upgraded to 2.9.31 JCE Editor Pro and when I go into a new article to add in "Intro Image" or "Full Article Image" the "Select" button does not show, and nor does the top arrow or the "x" appear, making it impossible to upload a photo this way.

I tried it on Safari 16.1 and on Chrome, and doesn't work on either.

I went to another site I managed that I didn't upgrade to 2.9.31 and it still has those buttons.

I am using the Focus template from Joomlart, PHP version 7.4.29, and Joomla version 3.10.11
