Resolved File System settings

Hello Ryan,
Sometime ago, I had asked you about connecting to another server for my images and pdf's and you actually created a plugin to accomplish that. In that conversation you showed the Editor Parameters/File Manager/Filesystem - Server setting with options available under that setting. On our configuration we can't get those option to appear. Please see attached images. What are we missing?
