Having a similar problem with javascript and CSS codeblocks like in post #105817. Tried the JCE Pro 2.9.2 Beta 5 and the problem persists.
Any changes to a CSS or Javascript codeblock is not saved and in Beta 5 part of the edited code block is actually deleted upon saving. Also, the problem happens when making a change in the CSS code block and then switching to the code view, all the changes are gone. In Beta 5, switching to code view deletes everything in the code block after the change that was made.
