Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

You can do this with "Custom Styles".
Go to Editor Profiles -> Plugin Parameters and click on the Style Select tab.
Under Custom Styles, fill in the fields as in the image below, setting the Attributes value to be the lang attribute with a value of your choice, eg: lang="en"
Click Save.
In the editor, you can now select some text and apply the Custom Style you have created by selecting it from the Styles list.
