How to make that when inserting from Word multiple spaces are removed?

Word cleanup won't remove spaces between words, you will have to do that manually.

Please install JCE Pro 2.8.1 RC11 - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/development
Then in the Editor Global Configration, in the Custom Configuration Variables field, add clipboard_paste_remove_whitespace for the Key and true for the Value, eg:
