Does JCE have an icon for including <wbr> into a word? And if not: how can i achieve the same without having to use the code tab ?

You can do this using a Custom Style - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/tutorials/editor/creating-custom-styles
Follow the instructions in the tutorial, setting the Tag option to wbr. No other options, apart from a Title are necessary.
Once this is saved, you can then select some text in the editor, and select your custom style from the Styles list to apply it.
