This update addresses the following issues:
- Fixed a bug that caused iframes to be removed from content when the Allow IFrames setting was set to Yes and the Media Manager was added to the editor toolbar.
- Fixed an issue with the "alt" attribute being removed from "Pagebreak <hr>" tags.
- Added the ability to load any available "user.css" file for styling editor content when using a core template, such as Cassiopeia.
