Hello...
After many years of using JCE without any problem, i am now in front of a strange situation.

I have some links in my site that is important to open in jce popup iframe. The problem started 2 days ago. These links work fine in frontend for admins, but they do not work for guests or logged in members. I am trying to figure what is wrong for the last 2 days without any result.

I desperately need some help as the site is live https://...

Have you assigned JCE MediaBox to a Menu in the JCE MediaBox parameters?

On Plugins: System - JCE MediaBox 2
Assign to Menu: i have selected all the menu items that i need mediabox to be active.

The problem remains... Links that are configured to load in mediabox iframe do not. They load as an ordinary link.

If you remove the Menu assignments, can guests and members access the popups?

There were no menu assignments. i Assigned the menus when you asked in your first reply.

The problem here was that you had set the Access Level for the JCE MediaBox plugin to "Special", which meant that it would only load if an Admin user was logged in.

I have set this back to "Public" in Extensions -> Plugins -> System - JCE MediaBox 2
