I dont if it just happens on my PC or in my website, but it seems like a bug to me (since other users of my website reported the same problem). On Images manager, when I`m going to upload a file, I`m used to just click on an image and hit Enter. But every time I do that, the Images Manager simply ignore the command and closes de upload window, sometimes returning to the folders and files view. So, I`m just using the old style of clicking with the Ctrl key and pressing Open button manually, but it would be very nice to just hit Enter instead.

Which browser are you using?

Same thing on the demo site. When I type first letters of the file and select it on the upload window or when I click on it and hit Enter, the upload window closes and get back to the Image Manager.
