when pasting a link/url with underscore-sign(s) in it, the "_" is/are converted to "".
I can't find any reason for that.

I don't know why, but in my system it doesn't work correct - see video.

This is only when coping a text but is also doesn't work when pasting a url.

This url has '_' signs at several positions:

This is caused by the Markdown feature, which is interpreting the underscore as markdown syntax for on processing the pasted content.

I have disabled Markdown on your site (in Editor Profiles -> Features & Layout -> Additional Features) and I will be fixing this specific issue in the next update.

As for the Mediabox issue you mentioned in your email, I am only seeing 6 images in the popup, not 12.

Mediabox issue:
May be this interferes too to the Markdown issue.
At the moment I have 6 images in the popup too.

No, that is not possible. Mediabox is completely unrelated to processing in the editor.
