i found no solution...
i have the folder ../images/kundendaten/belegungsplan and many others folder in /images/...
can i set in a profile, that the user have only acces with jce file browser on the folder ../images/kundendaten/?
how?

In Editor Profiles -> Editor Parameters -> Filesystem, add 

+kundendaten
