Good morning guys. Hope you are all safe and well.

My clients editor seems to have vanished? Not sure what she has done, but I cannot seem to bring it back.

Tried several options outlined in previous posts, but I'm thinking it's more of something silly the client has done, which I cant rectify to fix.

Any suggestions?

OK, I just created a new super user for myself and logged back in... It all works under that new user. If that assists.... 🙂

The editor does not have a profile assigned to the clients user group. In Editor Profiles -> Setup, check that the profile is assigned to the client's User Group, or that the client is added in the User field.
