Hi,
This feature => "Loading external stylesheets for Custom CSS Files" doesn't work any more for me with JCE Editor Pro 2.8.x or 2.9.1.

You can only load css files from your site / domain, not from external sources on another site or location.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.

Apologies, I have discovered that there is a bug with this. I am working on a beta that includes a fix for this which will be available soon.
