The shortcut [Shift+Ctrl+v] is very useful if you want to paste copied text as plain text. I am very often using this shortcut. After upgrading to JCE 2.9.0 or maybe 2.9.1 the shortcut [Shift+Ctrl+v] has no effect any more. Switching to a different editor like TinyMCE, this shortcut works fine. So it is obvious that there is a relation to JCE Editor.
