Hi

I have 2 issues with the JCE File Browser (Media) Custom Field.

1. I used JCE File Browser (Media) Custom field Type "file". It works but it seems it's still somehow connected with the Image Manager (s. Printscreens). Is this a normal Behaviour?




2. I know i can globally use the Description Field in the JCE File Browser (Media) Custom Field to have a File link text. But ist there a way to change the file Link text ("Download PDF", "Download Pricelist", "Manual PDF")? I tried with a custom Field Type Text and then i put the {field 81} in the Description Field. But that doesn't work.

This is the title set by the Joomla modal that opens the JCE File Browser. It has been removed in the latest versiob of JCE Pro.

Unfortunately at this stage the Description text can only be set for the whole field and cannot be changed once the field is created.
