I upgraded to JCE Editor Pro 3.7.13

If I try to insert a link into a document using weblinks I get an error.

I get as far as selecting weblinks, then when I click on the category I want the message error appears (see attached).

I get the same problem on all sites.

I removed the package and installed 3.7.12 and the problem disappears. Reinstall 3.7.13 and the problem reoccurs
