Hi,
why image manager can't see file .webp?
thanks

Ryan
The webp image type is no recognised by default.

You can add it in Editor Profiles -> Plugin Parameters -> Image Manager Extended -> Permitted File Extensions, eg:

Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.

What do you mean by webP support? Will there be a conversion tool, a webP (with fallback) image tag, or just the format added to the configuration by default?

A conversion tool (on upload / on button click) would be very interesting and I am sure my clients would be OK to even pay a little license fee for a plugin doing so, as it would give an option to more performance with large images.

The webp file type has been added to the Permitted File Extensions list for the Image Manager, Image Manager Extended and File Manager by default.
