Actually, not only does it not upload, but it also threw off my administrator with an error:

An error has occurred.
0 Class 'WFApplication' not found

I had to restore my entire site to get my back end to work as it should as recommended by my Rackspace Racker Tech.

I am going to uninstall this plugin as it does not seem to like my joomla version. It is Too bad, as I recently updated and paid for another year subscription.

I don't think it has anything to do with your Joomla version, rather there was most likely a permissions problem with some of the files, which prevented them from being deleted. This resulted in an incomplete installation, and the subsequent error.
