Resolved Missing button in editor toolbar layout

My editor toolbar layout is missing the button Enable toolbar on/off even if I put it up there.

Also I have actually 2 of those buttons.
I hope you understand what I mean.
What to do about this?

And another question. The file manager has changed. It looks different. Is this as planned?

Please download and install JCE Pro 2.7.8 Beta 2 - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/development

Go to Editor Profiles -> Features & Layout and add your required buttons. Save.
