The Indent button is grayed out when I select either the first row of a list or all of a list - see image 1.

If I select the 2nd and third rows, the indent button is available - see image 2.

I can edit the HTML, but my client cannot as she is a bookkeeper, not a web developer

How do we correct this?

Your images show the Joomla Tinymce editor, not JCE.

Although this issue is also present in the current version of JCE Pro, it will be fixed in the next update, due this week.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.

didn't think of switching to JCE in EasyBlog. I did that and the same issue is the case.

I will look for the next update.
