Having issues with JCE changing the HTML layout. I've disabled HTML Clean up, it happens in WYSIWYG mode and it's removing Div's that cause the layout to break.
In this situation the site is using Yootheme's Builder. I have a layout template that is used to set up almost every page, with in this layout are tables that are positioned using grids. To accommodate the majority of situations I create a grid for the tables, in some cases there is only one cell in the grid:
If I paste a new table title the Div's that form the grid 'cell' for this table are removed breaking the grid layout. Please help me STOP JCE from f-ing with the HTML. It also changes the uk-grid entry to uk-grid="".
Thank you

What is the source of the new title? Is it from an existing layout or html content?

It's plain text. I've also tried Shift+CTRL+V. If I change it in the code editor and switch back to visual it happens when I switch back to visual.
Cheers.

I can...

I had removed the grid here because of the issue I'm seeing, however, I add it back in, toggle back to Visual, copy and paste the Title and voila, messed up HTML, in this case the DIV is removed and extra stuff is added below. I'm not certain if this is due to Yootheme or JCE, it does seem to follow the Builder interface, however that doesn't mean it's the Template causing this.
Just tested outside of Yootheme and have the same result. Paste into the Table's Title block and JCE removes the Div needed to define the grid cell and add a bunch of junk to the bottom of the page.
Thanks again

Tested with TinyMCE, it removed the DIVs as well as the uk-grid entry in the DIV, but did not add extra code at the bottom of the page. Codemirror does not make any changes (as expected).
Thanks again.

Still unable to reproduce this inside or outside of Yootheme, using Chrome and Firefox.
