can you make the editor and its popups more suitable to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
in my country (ISRAEL) all web sites must be good with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) by law!
so its effect when you want to use your product (JCE Editor) in a new project
if you do it it will be great!

You're not the only country with WCAG 2.0 AA law.
what other country need the AA standard by law?
OK tip number one
the jce popups media box
make the popup in the front end more accessible
see here the example
https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-practices/examples/dialog-modal/dialog.html
tip number 2
if someone choose to open link in new window you can add aria-lable to the link indicate its opens in new window for the blind, aria-lable is readable by screen readers
accessibility is more like a User Experience way of building your product,,, you need to send your developer to a learn this methodology so he can add it in is work
