Having trouble with mediabox popup on mobiles. I can't seem to get the best dimensions for it to work well across different devices. It works best if I leave the dimensions blank, but the problem then is that the close button, being at the bottom, is difficult to activate on iphone as it's too close to the bottom and the bottom bar keeps popping and and covering it.

Is it possible to set some space around the popup (either by setting a margin or percentage dimensions) or to move the close button to the top?

I am displaying an article in the popup with image and text.

The popups are set on the six thumbnail images here:

Many thanks

I think I have the same problem. On some resolutions or maybe devices, the popup size is hard to understand / set. I get the best results by keeping the size blank or set to 100% width and height but the actual size of the popup content varies quite a lot. On higher resolutions it's almost fullscreen, on smaller resolutions / devices it gets pretts small and centered on the screen. Also the close button is almost out of reach at the bottom (iPhone, iPad also depending on orientation)...so basically all of what Jentoo already said. I have the latest Mediabox version ( 2.0.13 ). Here's the site, the links at the bottom of the page (contact, privacy, legal) all open popups:

Kind regards

Hi,

I installed the beta but no change for me. I'm trying to work around the issue via CSS, hiding the overflow of ".wf-mediabox-frame" and setting the height of the popup to 90%...but the original problem persists.

Kind regards

Alex

Please post a link to an example popup on your site.

Hi, I posted a link in my first message. Especially the "privacy" link at the bottom right of the page was making trouble.
Like I said before, I have done some CSS tweaks to make it work for me so you will probably not see the problem.

Btw. I also had an issue with the popup content being scroll-able way past the maximum length of the content on touch devices or at least on iPhone / iPad.
I fixed that by adding this as an override to my tmeplate CSS:

.wf-mediabox-content-ajax .wf-mediabox-content-item, .wf-mediabox-content-iframe .wf-mediabox-content-item, .wf-mediabox-content-object .wf-mediabox-content-item, .wf-mediabox-content-video .wf-mediabox-content-item {
overflow: initial;
}

But that's another topic.
