Hi!
Im using FaqBook Pro for the FAQ in my website. Its a nice component, and use AJAX for browsing which i like the most!
But AJAX somehow does not recognize correctly the relative path of my links, images, etc.
When i browse through the FAQ the website does not reload, but the URL path changes accordingly to the FAQ section im browsing.
If i go directly to some FAQ URL (type it on the browser), then the relative URL of an image for example is correctly "calculated".
But if i browse (AJAX changes URL of the navigation bar) then all URLs (links, images, files) are being calculated as relative to the new URL in the navigation bar... so all links are broken
If i use relative path like src="images/example.jpg" then this image would not load.
The solution to this is to use absolute paths to the root like src="/images/example.jpg".
But i dont want to use full paths like scr="http://www.site.com/images/example.jpg"
How do i have to set the configuration to have my links relative to root (starting with "/"? If i change the HTML and manually add the "/" to the path, JCE removes it when i save.
Thanks!

So its not possible to create root relative urls (with leading slash)?
A leading slash is supported, but you have to add it in manually, for each URL.
It should be up to the extension processing and rendering the content, ie: this AJAX extension you are using, to resolve the URLs, not the content creator (you and the editor)
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.

Joomla does this with URLs in article content via the Joomla SEF plugin, but this AJAX plugin you are using obviously does not do this.
You should speak to the developers of this extension how this can be enabled in their extension.
