Resolved ICE Mediabox Popup not working

Hello
i found out my Popup are not working anymore
http://www.kocher.reisen/index.php/home2/myartikel/189-messer-victorinox-ranger
the ICE Mediabox is active and the Theme is light - but also to change the Theme is no difference

any idea wher to dig?

In Extensions -> Plugins, please make sure System - JCE MediaBox is enabled.

Have you set the Exclude Components, Assign to Menu or Exclude from Menu options in the MediaBox parameters?

Hi Ryan,
I have exactely the same problem. Yesterday I updated the JCE and now the popup is no longer working.
Did you find the problem?

Updating JCE should not affect JCE MediaBox or existing JCE Mediabox popups. Please post a link to an example.

topinformatica JCE MediaBox does not appear to be installed or enabled on your site. I don't see the MediaBox scripts being loaded in the site front-end.

No, you need to download and install the JCE MediaBox plugin - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/mediabox/development

After installation, it must be enabled, see - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/installation/mediabox

Is this a Joomla site? None of the links - eg: https://www.topinformatica.pt/novidades.php?categoria=all&programa=all&versao=10 - look like Joomla urls.

No, backoffice is joomla...The site is php and read information the joomla only

its the same on my site http://www.praxisklinik-brahmsallee.de - the pop-up dosn´t work

i have install the lastet JCE Pro 2.8.19 Beta 6 and the JCE MediaBox 2.1.2 RC 3, but in the backend i have no button.

The pictures on the site can not open in a popup, only in a nwe site

This is the standard image manager not the image manger extended.
You have to add the image manger extended button to your editor layout
