Hi, is it possible to make certain files in de imagesfolder only downloadable/visible for registered users?

Ryan
Do you want to insert an image or file into an article, and only have that image/file visible for registered users?

Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.

Hi Ryan,

No, i have some webpages behind a login with a button to pdf files.
When you insert the link to the pdf file directly, you can also download that file without using a login

Ryan
I don't understand, my reply did not include options.

Are you referring to files/images that are already in an article, or file/images in the JCE File Browser?

yes

Ryan
You can't add content restrictions with JCE, but I suggest you look at Conditional Content by RegularLabs - https://regularlabs.com/conditionalcontent

It is a German Blog post, but you could prevent downloading files with htaccess.

Maybe use deepl.com or Google Translate to translate.
