When trying to use any of the managers (image pro, link, or file) I get an alert from my TrendMicro AntiVirus software that is blocking your plugin.min.js. I've attached the export of the report. I approved access and the site admin is functional, however thought you might want to be aware of this as it might happen to other clients.

I've checked all the JCE Core and JCE Pro files using VirusTotal, which is a service that using up to 70 different virus scanning engines (including TrendMicro), and none of them detected any issue with any file.

And the plugin.min.js file (from the JCE demo site) - https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/ed6e08309bd252e0bac049f5b2d108652e63ac99e95d44a9a4f29a0f5d0fbfde/detection
I think your antivirus might be objecting to a (legitimate) string of characters or function that appears to it to be suspicious, ie: a false positive.
