Hi, can you please take a look at the attached screenshot and tell me why HTML tags such as: P, H3, etc appear when we edit a Joomla article?
Thanks for any help you can offer.

JCE Editor Pro 2.9.6 *NOTE: I tried updating to 2.9.7 and I could not:
