I can no longer resize and thumbnails - I have not made any changes but I can easily upload pictures.

See picture of what happens during upload.

The PXLCompressor plugin you have installed and enabled is renaming the files during upload, which then means JCE is unable to resize or thumbnail them as the name has changed!

When this plugin is disabled, JCE resize and thumbnailing works as expected.

Thank you very much for your help, I have now removed the PXLCompressor I can myself, and now also save the images in low file size.
