Don't load JS for JCE on FE, I need optimize speed for load website.
And on FE we don't use editor

The editor is only loaded when you edit something, so the editor scripts are not being loaded outside of editing mode.

You can also disable front-end editing for Joomla articles in the Joomla Article Manager options.
