The shortcut [Shift]-[Ctrl]-v does not respect the cursor position but pastes plain Text always at the very end of the text.

- copy any text to the clipboard
- place the cursor somewhre within the editor
- press [Shift]-[Ctrl]-v in order to paste as plain text

Result:
- Cursor jumps to the very end of the text.
- The clipboard content is pasted there, not where it was intended.
