Hello,
I just downloaded and installed the new version of JCE Pro 2.9.3. Formar, I uninstalled the older version as a packet.
Now there is inly the first line of the editor in articles to see.

Where could the problem be?

The 3rd button from the end that you have added to the toolbar is the "Toggle Toolbars" button, which when added to the toolbar, hides all toolbar rows below it until clicked.

You can remove this button in Editor Profiles -> Features & Layout.
