Hi,
on one of my client websites http://www.yoga-on.com I`ve really bad problems with video preview, which causes black boxes although there is a poster image (see image attached). Sometimes the posters are shown, sometimes not. Then we see black previews...
Do have any idea/any solution for my problem?
I don`t have any glue....
Best regards
Susanne

Hi Ryan,
actually I can`t see the issue in any browser I`ve tested.
I also emulated the website on a Mac with Safari browser without any problems.
But my client using a Mac and Safari has ALWAYS this black video previews especially on the homepage http://www.yoga-on.com.
I can`t understand this
Any idea? Do you think this is a browser issue?
Best regards
Susanne

I've tested this in Safari 14.03 on OS X Big Sur and Safari 12.1 on OS X Mojave and in both tests the video displayed with the post image as expected.
This sounds a like something specific to the client's browser or OS. Not sure what it could be.

Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.
