Is it possible to have a link like that https://www.mywebsite.fr/administrator/index.php?option=com_jce&view=browser&folder=my-Specific-Folder-name ?

It is not possible to access the JCE File Browser directly in this way, it must be done using the API.

Please see - https://github.com/widgetfactory/jce/blob/master/plugins/system/jce/fields/mediajce.php#L57-L63 - for an example of how to generate a link to the File Browser.

Also, it is not currently possible to open it with a "specific folder selected".
