Tested this on the demo version and was able to replicate.

If you have an image and text directly below, both in separate paragraghs, you can drag across both (i.e. with the mouse) and set the URL link for both the image and the text.

But once this is done - it no longer works. Drag across both the image and text, change link and it only changes the link in the image.

Has only been like this in the latest version - the one that highlights the link when you click on the text. Hope that makes sense - it was very useful the way it was before.
