Suddenly, my Subscription Key does not allow for the update of JCE on my website. Why would this happen to an active subscription?

I see that the message says that core cannot be installed over pro version. I installed the pro version initially so I don't know why it would give me that message in the update window

Thanks for the quick response. I manually installed Pro this time but will try that on the next update.
