When holding a mouse button and moving a mouse (trying to select a short text), a much larger chunk of text gets selected instead, in the direction, in which mouse pointer was moved (usually e.g. the remaining part until the end of document). Using FF 80.0.1.

Any idea what could be the problem?

I'm not able to reproduce this issue on the demo site - https://demo.joomlacontenteditor.net - except when I do the following:

Drag and select some text by moving the mouse to the left (nearing the end of the sentence) then pull down slightly with the mouse, which will then select until the end of the sentence. This is the expected behaviour.
