I have JCE Pro and I have followed the instructions on this article to have all the options for editing - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/faq/editor/pro-buttons-missing-after-upgrade.

I still do not have all the options to edit an image for example I can't set the picture left and wrap text around it because the options are not there.

I have loaded a picture below that shows the options I have when I select image editor.

The editor you are seeing is the default Tinymce editor.

You need to assign JCE as the default editor for your site in the Joomla Global Configuration. See step 4 here - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/installation/editor
