I use the JCE text editor on several websites.
One of these does not work with the style dropdown list.
Based on a comparison of JCE configurations, the settings are the same.
Editor Global Configuration:
- Editor Styles: Template CSS File;

On each site:
- Joomla 3.9.20
- Gantry 5 Hydrogen templates
- JCE 2.8.15

What is the solution?

I send it to you with above link.

I have fixed this on your site with an install of JCE Pro 2.8.16 Beta and by creating an editor.css file for the editor, importing the relevant styles.

For some reason, which I am investigating, JCE is unable to find the name of your active template, which is why it could not load the appropriate stylesheets for the template, and populate the Styles list accordingly.

I have set the path for the editor.css file in the Editor Global Configuration.

Thank you for your help.
I would not understand that if it works elsewhere, why not work here.

I'm not sure, I think it is related to template assignment.

Please try JCE Pro 2.8.16 RC - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/development - then in the Editor Global Configuration, set the Editor Styles option to Template CSS.

If this does not work, then set it back to Custom CSS Files.
