Resolved JCE Pro removing part of JS script when I am switching to Editor mode

I am trying to add Tweet to HTML preview and it is working fine on "Code" preview, but when I am switching back to "Editor" component is removing some parts of JS even I have JS allowed set in profile. Would you please help me with this it is very important.

What parts of the javascript are being removed?

Please post a screenshot of the code before switching to the Editor tab, and then what it looks like after switching back to the Code tab.
