Hi

I just want a very simple possibility for user to set links in the frontend.
In the Profile i tried to disable the Pop-Up Tab. But without success.

Is there another way to "shrink" the link-manager?

Please try JCE Pro 2.8.13 Beta 4 - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/development

You can now set an Enable option to No for JCE MediaBox in Editor Profiles - Plugin Parameters -> Link

If no Popups plugins are enabled, the Popups tab is not visible.
