How can I change the editor language? I know you have language packs with languages ​​but the language doesn't change after you install them. In addition, what should I do if my language is not included in the installation package? how can I overwrite it myself?

If you have installed a JCE Language Pack - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/languages/editor - and you have the same Joomla language enabled, then the editor will display in that language.
