ok, I understand, I used JCE Pro a few years ago and it was not included.
So I can find buttons. Another question my buttons are black/white styled. Is there a new CSS style or perhaps something is wrong.

This is the new high resolution, high contrast "Retina" toolbar theme.
You can switch back to the "Classic" theme in Editor Profiles -> Features & Layout - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/faq/editor/classic-toolbar-theme
