Resolved Installed Pro & Mediabox but features not available in admin editor?

I have installed the licensed copy of JCE Pro and the mediabox on a Joomla site.

The extension manager tells me the Pro version and Mediabox are active.

However, in the editor none of the pro features or Mediabox are not available.

What should I be looking for to resolve this?

Thanks for the response.

It seems the main problem was that the additional icon buttons had not been added to the toolbars. I've sorted that out now.

Once I did that the retina display appeared and the pro features were enabled.

The MediaBox options will be available in the Popups tab of the Image Manager Extended, Media Manager, Link and File Manager dialogs.

If you are not seeing these buttons in the editor toolbar after upgrading from JCE Core to JCE Pro, you can add the ones you require in Editor Profiles -> Features & Layout.
