Hi, is it possible, to mark only a single word with color? I found out how to color a whole sentencs. But a single word? (I mean, the font is in color)

And also how to highlight a sentence or a word? please see attachement. This was once possible. But may be I just blind :-D

Ok, I just found out! By Profils, Editors, Layout Editors. Sorry, I have it in german. I dont know I this is correct translatet.
