Sorry, I may be stupid and overseeng the obvious but I am serching for the Microdata plucgin to add to my JCE Editor but cant find neither any related link in the articles nor in the download secion....

The Microdata plugin is inclued with JCE Pro. You can add it to the editor toolbar in Editor Profiles -> Features & Layout.
