In 2.8.1 if I paste a url into the Editor window and then right click on it and select Insert/Edit link, when the modal opens both URL and Text fields are blank. In previous versions the URL would have appeared in both fields. If instead of right clicking, I click on the Insert/Edit Link button on the toolbar, it works properly. Tested in Firefox and Chrome and the same in both browsers. This issue wasn't there in 2.7.
If, on the other hand, I click on some text in the editor and then open the link dialogue using either method, it works properly.
